A construction site is illuminated at night, featuring scaffolding, cranes, and a yellow worker cage. The surrounding area is dark, highlighting the structure's framework and construction equipment.

Needless to say the scene today looks somewhat different. This photo of what is now the Surry Hills Village, in the eastern suburbs of Sydney, was taken about three years ago.

The lens flare effect is probably as a result of the perspex cover on the viewing window on one of the walls bordering the then construction site.
